The Normatec Go control unit may need to be charged before first use. A fully charged battery will provide power for up to 2 hours of cumulative run-time. It takes approximately 4 hours to fully charge the battery when the control unit is plugged in and not in use. The Normatec Go requires a 5V dual charger with two USB-A to USB-C charging cords.
